Arturo Ramos said before that in Colotlan, Jalisco there are Franciscan records that are unavailble on microfilm and difficult to access in person, but you were asking about Zacatecas. All that I"m saying below might be very different than what you are talking about. If so please shelf this diversion and we can talk about it after others reply with those specific unfilmed records are discussed. I just can't remember who started and where the location was.
